Welcome to Community Bible Study! The Darien CBS offers a caring, supportive community in which to study the word of God. Our class includes women of various ages and walks of life, from zero bible knowledge to lifelong scholars. No prior Bible experience necessary.

REGISTRATION FOR 2025-2026 IS NOW OPEN

For the 2025-2026 class year, we will be studying the book of PSALMS along with all the North American classes. Please join us for this historic 50th year of CBS!

Class begins on SEPT 10, 2026

Our main class meets Thursdays at 9:30 - 11:30am, at Noroton Presbyterian Church in Darien.

One core group meets Thursdays at 10:00 - 11:30am at Living Hope Community Church in Old Greenwich.

Click the blue "Register Now" button in the upper right corner. Be sure to select 2025-2026 and the correct location. Registration fees are $40 per adult, $10 per child.

Children's Program for ages 1 - 5 years old is available in Darien only. Babies under 1 year are more than welcome to stay with their mothers during class.

Currently Studying: Psalms

The book of Psalms has served as the hymnbook and prayerbook of God’s people from ancient times and on into the present.

Next Gen Ministry

Through a variety of activities such as Bible teaching, Scripture memory work, crafts, worship, games, and other activities, we seek to provide a welcoming and engaging environment where the next generations can learn about Jesus. Our offerings are tailored to a child’s developmental stage, starting with babies, and going through high school. Beginning in our elementary classes, our curriculum can be aligned with an adult class so that parents and their children may study the same Book of the Bible, enabling parents additional opportunities to assist their children in living out God’s truths in their lives.
